Jay Cutler Signs 1-year $10M deal with Dolphins NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that the 34-year-old Cutler would be coming out of retirement to replace the injured Ryan Tannehill as the Dolphins starting quarterback. The contract is worth fully guaranteed to pay Cutler $10M and is incentive laded and could land Cutler an additional $3M. Ezekiel Elliott Suspended 6 Games by the NFL On August 11th, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott would be suspended for the first 6 games of 2017 NFL Season. The NFL’s year long investigation concluded with the decision to suspend Elliott after accusations from a July 2016 police report filed in Columbus, Ohio.
