Hopefully, everybody took advantage of some of the plays from last night because they were right on the money! wanted to let you guys know if you have any questions or anything please don’t hesitate to message me on twitter @DFS_JDM feedback is welcomed. Well onto the plays!

As always, if you have any questions on tonight’s slate, don’t hesitate to message me on twitter @DFS_JDM and of course, feedback is welcomed.

PITCHERS:

Zack Greinke (10,200) – Greinke is my top pitching option today, even over deGrom. Greinke has gotten back to his old ways just dominating this season posting an 11-4 record with a 2.86 ERA and 131 K’s. He and the Dbacks are a -145 favorite according to Vegas. He also owns a 28.7% K% and an outstanding 5% BB rate and an impressive 46.6 GB%. The Cincinnati Reds have the highest K% and 4th lowest wOBA from the All Star.

Gio Gonzalez (9,100) – Gio is my 2nd favorite option tonight at pitcher. He’s been pretty darn good this year posting an 8-4 record with a 2.6 ERA and 116 K’s. The Nationals are a small -105 favorite according to Vegas. He allows you to save some salary and get some bigger bats rather than going deGrom or Greinke. He has a 23.5 K% but an alarming 10.5% BB rate. He has averaged 41.7 FDP over his last 10 starts. If he can navigate thru Mike Trout he should be in for a solid outing.

CATCHERS:

Salvador Perez – Perez has a BVP dream matchup tonight. He has hit 24/58 for a .414 Avg and 2 Home-runs against Verlander in his career. .236 ISO/.349wOBA/41.3 HC%.

Alex Avila – Leads all catchers in wOBA vs RHP. The Tigers have been hot as of late. .237 ISO/.399wOBA/53.1 HC%.

Austin Barnes – Hits LHP well. Hitter friendly park. .281 ISO/.380wOBA/32.6 HC%.

FIRST BASE:

Paul Goldschmidt – He’s my guy at 1B tonight. Adleman is a gas can. .288 ISO/.425wOBA/47.4 HC%.

Joey Votto – Another great BVP matchup, 12/32 .375 Avg 3 Home-runs against Greinke in his career. .277 ISO/.404wOBA/34.7 HC%.

Ryan Zimmerman – Nolasco is garbage and has given up 26 HR this year. A Zimmerman dong would not surprise anyone .252 ISO/.40wOBA/40.6 HC%.

SECOND BASE:

Daniel Murphy – Again Nolasco has given up a lot of HR and Murphy crushes RHP. .242 ISO/.387wOBA/36.1 HC%.

Jonathon Schoop – Love me some Schoop tonight faces LHP Martin Perez in Camden Yards! .281 ISO/.382wOBA/32.7 HC%.

Ian Kinsler – He’s been on fire recently and so have the Tigers as a team. .136 ISO/.319wOBA/38.1 HC%.

THIRD BASE:

Anthony Rendon – Just check what this man has done of lately. Play him! .243 ISO/.392wOBA/35.5 HC%.

Manny Machado – It is hard for me to decide between Machado and Rendon tonight. Both guys are great plays. .229 ISO/.335 wOBA/40.4 HC%.

Nick Castellanos – My boy Castellanos is the man and has been absolutely raking.  .166 ISO/.310wOBA/48.6 HC%.

SHORTSTOP:

Chris Owings – I like the Dbacks as a nice team stack tonight. .194 ISO/.346wOBA/32.6 HC%.

Stephen Drew – Nice value tonight against Nolasco hopefully he’s hitting 2nd. .118 ISO/.280wOBA/31.0 HC%.

OUTFIELD:

Bryce Harper/ Chris Taylor / J.D. Martinez ( If he plays )

VALUE OUTFIELD

Yasiel Puig / Joey Rickard ( Make sure he’s in lineup ) / Andrew Romine ( Make sure he’s in lineup )
